Casting Ballots Online

Ballots for Wednesday Men's must be cast before 4:00p.m. each Tuesday.

A ballot is VALID when put in the ballot box or cast online anytime before 4:00 p.m. on the Wednesday or Tuesday prior to the play date. There is a draw for the starting times, therefore, it does not matter when the ballot is deposited in the ballot box or cast online

Procedure

• Make out the appropriate coloured ballot for the day in question.
• Make sure you fill out all pertinent fields, including your surname, initials, guests, and desired times.
• Ballots with one, two, three, or four names are acceptable.
• Ballots cast without a valid password will be discarded and will not be placed in the draw.
• Singles, twosomes, and threesomes will be paired with other singles or twosomes.

Draw for Starting Times

• This is the responsibility of the Golf Professional and his staff.
• No changes will be made to the master starting sheet, except by the Pro Shop staff.
• The time of draw will be sometime after 9:00 a.m. on the Thursday prior to the date of play.
• At 12:00 p.m. every Thursday, the starting times will be posted.
• The draw will be for Saturday, Sunday, and, if appropriate, Holidays only.
• When times are full and no ballot was entered, people will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if there is a cancellation.

Club Rules

• Only one guest on weekends and holidays prior to 12:00 p.m.
• 24-hours cancellation notice required please.
• Please check roster for scheduled events before casting your ballot.

The deadline for ballots is at 4:00 p.m. each Wednesday or Tuesday
prior to your play date.

Singles, Twosomes, Threesomes, and Foursomes welcome. In order to continue the tradition of mixing and camaraderie at Trafalgar, we encourage singles, twosomes, and threesomes to register.
